Refund Conditions

1. Balance Top-Ups:
   • Non-refundable: All payments for MealWings balance top-ups are non-refundable. Please ensure the correct top-up amount before completing the transaction.
2. Subscriptions and Services:
   • Subscription Refund: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription. The refund request must be made within 14 days of the subscription start date.
   • Service Refund: If you are not satisfied with a service provided by our nutrition experts, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service. We will review your request and may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

• Your full name
• Username
• Email address associated with your MealWings account
• Transaction date
• Amount and type of transaction (balance top-up, subscription, or service)
• Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Please note that all refund decisions are at the sole discretion of MealWings and subject to our review process.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Important: Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact our support team for assistance.

Exceptions

• Promotions: Any purchases made during promotions or using promo codes may not be eligible for refunds.
• Violation of Terms: If your account is found to be in violation of our terms of service, any balances or subscriptions associated with your account may be forfeited without a refund.
