MealWings User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the MealWings website and mobile application (together, the "Platform"), operated by MealWings ("MealWings", "we", "us" or "our").

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing or using the Platform, you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Right to Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Platform.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

The Platform allows Users to provide content, including recipes, comments, and messages (together "User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by providing User Content on the Platform, you grant MealWings a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Platform. You also agree that MealWings may use your username and likeness in connection with your User Content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Provide User Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

• Provide User Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.

• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other Users' accounts.

6. Termination

MealWings may terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, at any time, without prior notice. MealWings may also remove User Content from the Platform for any reason, at any time, without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and without any warranties. MealWings disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

MealWings will not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MealWings regarding your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Agreement

MealWings may revise this Agreement at any time by posting the revised Agreement on the Platform. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the Agreement for updates. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of the revised Agreement will be deemed your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
