Cut the zucchini into circles, salt and leave for a few minutes.
Finely chop the tomatoes and green onions.
Roll the zucchini circles first in flour, then in beaten egg, and fry in oil until ready. Then take them out on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Meanwhile, mix sour cream, chopped garlic and previously chopped green onions.
Pour the finished sauce over the zucchini, then add the chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese.
