Today, I suggest preparing tartlets with beets, hard cheese, and herring. Such a juicy and vibrant appetizer is suitable for any occasion. It's the perfect combination of taste and beautiful presentation. There is a wide range of ready-made tartlets available for sale, so it's not necessary to make them yourself. I used wafer baskets for the recipe. If you want to prepare the appetizer in advance, use shortcrust tartlets, as they do not get soggy and remain crispy for longer.
