Ground turkey, potatoes, and corn in a creamy style make this casserole tasty and hearty. It's very, very good, and my family just devours it. There are no leftovers!!

Serves:
ground turkey - 625 g
Potato - 4 pc
Butter - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Canned corn - 1 can
Tomato basil soup - 1 can

Preheat oven to 175 degrees C

Place turkey in a large skillet over medium-high heat and roast for 5 to 10 minutes or until browned.

Place the sliced potatoes in the bottom of a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish, cover with butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Next, spoon the creamed corn over the potatoes, top with the browned turkey, and then top with the tomato soup.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 minutes.
