Prepare all the ingredients for the Panicle salad. Wash the beets and carrots thoroughly with a brush. Peel off the skin. Cut the apple in half, remove the core and seeds.
Grate the prepared beets, carrots and apples on a medium grater into a large bowl. Finely chop the white cabbage. Add to the bowl with the beets, carrots and apple.
