A rich taste of Eastern cuisine with new notes! Pilaf with tomato paste is a familiar dish in a more vibrant execution. It turns out delicious with any kind of meat: beef, pork, chicken. It is quick to prepare, suitable for a family lunch or dinner, appetizing, and aromatic.

How to make pilaf with tomato paste in a pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. I will cook pilaf with veal. I like it because young meat is cooked quickly. But you can also take beef, pork or chicken. My rice is steamed, long-grain. It comes out crumbly. You can add garlic.
2
Cut the meat into small pieces. Heat the pan until hot and pour a little oil on it. Put the chopped meat and fry it for 7-10 minutes so that it begins to brown.
3
At this time, prepare the vegetables. Peel the onion and carrot and wash them under running water. Finely chop the onion, and rub the carrot on a large grater.
4
Add onions and carrots to the meat. Add tomato paste. Mix everything, cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes until the meat is tender. If necessary, add a little water.
5
Wash the rice several times in cold water. Then drain all the water from it.
6
Add the washed rice to the meat. Pour hot water. Add salt and spices to taste. You can add a bay leaf for flavor. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. The rice should become soft and absorb all the water.
7
Mix the finished dish, spread it on plates and serve it hot.
