Let's prepare a delicious, fragrant, and very tender banana pie on sour cream for tea! I baked it in a slow cooker, where the pastries come out airy and never burn. If you don't have such an assistant in your kitchen yet, you can bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees. Cooking will take 40-45 minutes, depending on the features of your equipment. The homemade banana pie turns out fluffy, juicy, and incredibly tasty. It is recommended to use ripe or even overripe bananas for the recipe to make the pie especially aromatic.

In a deep bowl, combine 2 chicken eggs and sugar.
Whip the mixture at the mixer's maximum speed for 5-7 minutes until a fluffy and light mass is obtained.
Add sour cream with 15% fat content to the obtained mixture.
Pour refined oil into the dough, mix the ingredients at the minimum speed of the mixer until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Combine the sifted wheat flour with baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon. Mix the ingredients. Add half of the flour mixture to the dough, and mix the mass with a silicone spatula until it reaches a uniform consistency.
Then add the remaining flour with baking powder and cinnamon to the dough.
Mix the ingredients until smooth. The finished dough should be moderately thick and flow off the spatula in a broad ribbon.
Peel the ripe bananas and cut them into quarter-inch slices, 5-7 mm thick. Add the fruits to the dough.
Thoroughly mix the banana cake batter with a silicone spatula.
Grease the multicooker bowl or baking dish with oil, line the bottom with parchment paper. Transfer the prepared dough into the prepared container and smooth it out with a silicone spatula.
Bake the banana pie in the multicooker on the "Baking" mode for 60 minutes.
Carefully remove the ready banana cake from the bowl, cool it on a rack to room temperature.
Decorate the banana pastry with powdered sugar and serve with tea or coffee.
I'm sure this delicious and quick banana pie in the multicooker will definitely please you! Enjoy!
