Begin your culinary magic by whisking the eggs with sugar and salt until perfectly smooth. Then, add the butter, previously softened at room temperature, to this mixture. Thoroughly combine all ingredients to achieve a smooth and flawless consistency.
Now it's time to add the sifted flour, mixed with baking powder, to the prepared mixture. Gently stir until all components are combined. After this, slowly pour in the milk in a thin stream, continuing to stir. Your goal is to achieve a smooth batter without lumps or clumps, so that the muffins turn out airy.
Enrich the dough by adding grated cheese and finely chopped fresh dill. Gently mix to ensure the cheese and herbs are evenly distributed throughout the mixture, giving each muffin a unique taste and aroma.
Prepare the muffin tins: grease them with butter or use special paper liners. Distribute the batter evenly among the molds, filling each approximately two-thirds full. This will allow the muffins to rise and achieve their ideal shape during baking.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the muffin molds into the oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes. You can easily tell when the muffins are done by their appealing golden crust and slightly browned edges, which will entice you with their aroma.
Once baked, remove the muffins from the oven and allow them to cool slightly in their molds. Then, carefully transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve these wonderful muffins warm or chilled – they are equally delicious either way and will be a true highlight on your table.
