Slice the bread lengthwise in half, then carefully remove the soft interior, creating a base for our filling.
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. First, fry it in a dry pan to evaporate excess moisture. Then add salt and vegetable oil, continuing to fry until golden brown.
Dice the mushrooms and sauté them in a dry pan until all the moisture has evaporated. Then, add the diced onion, season with salt, and pour in vegetable oil, frying until soft and golden brown.
Dice the tomatoes and finely chop the dill. Combine them with the sautéed mushrooms, onions, chicken fillet, and breadcrumbs, mixing all ingredients thoroughly.
Add one egg and four tablespoons of mayonnaise to the filling. Season with salt and spices to taste, then mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Layer the filling and cheese into the prepared bread, finishing with a generous layer of cheese.
Bake the stuffed bread in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and has a tempting golden crust.
