Now, let's turn our attention to the bell peppers. Roast them until tender, then carefully peel off the skin. Cut the peeled peppers into thin strips, about 5-6 cm long – these will become the playful smiles for our pizzas.
Prepare the remaining ingredients. Grate the hard cheese finely so it melts easily and forms an appetizing crust. Slice the sausages into thin rounds – we'll need 20 of these. Cut the olives lengthwise into quarters – these will become playful eyes.
It's time to assemble our mini-pizzas! Generously spread tomato sauce on each baked dough circle, then sprinkle with grated cheese. Top with two slices of sausage, and on each slice, place a quarter of an olive to create funny eyes. Below, arrange a strip of bell pepper in a semicircle, mimicking a mouth. Return the pizzas to the preheated oven and bake until the cheese melts and begins to bubble, which will take about 10-12 minutes. Serve these wonderful mini-pizzas warm and enjoy!
Let's start with the dough! Roll out the puff pastry to half its original thickness. Then, using a bowl or a cookie cutter, cut out 10 identical circles with a diameter of 10-15 cm. Carefully transfer these circles to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place them in an oven preheated to 200 °C. Bake until golden brown, approximately 7-10 minutes. Afterward, let them cool, but do not turn off the oven – we will still need it!
