Boil the rice in salted water until fully cooked, so it becomes fluffy and tender.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thin layer. Place 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the center of each layer. Carefully pinch the edges together to form patties. Then, flatten each patty with your palm to create thin, flatbreads. Grill the flatbreads until golden brown. Serve these delicious flatbreads with fresh vegetables and a light vegetable salad.
In a deep bowl, combine the mineral water with the vegetable oil, then add salt to taste. Gradually stir in the wheat flour, kneading until a pliable dough forms. Meanwhile, soak the raisins in hot water to soften them and make them juicier.
To create a flavorful filling, thoroughly wash and dry the ground elder, then chop it finely. Sauté the ground elder in vegetable oil until tender. Add the cooked rice and prepared raisins, mixing well. Your filling is now ready to use!
