Discover one of the easiest ways to make crispy corn sticks right at home! You'll only need a few ingredients: flour, milk, butter, and eggs. Mix them, form appetizing sticks, and microwave them. To make your sticks look authentic, use a pastry bag to pipe the dough onto parchment paper. If you don't have one, a regular plastic bag will work perfectly too!

Begin by preparing: thoroughly wash the chicken eggs and dry them with paper towels. Then, sift the flour to make it airy. Prepare a saucepan, a pastry bag (or a regular plastic bag), a plate, and parchment paper – all of these will be useful in the process of creating your corn sticks.
Pour the milk into a saucepan and place it on the stove to begin heating.
Cut the butter into small pieces and add it to the milk. Stir thoroughly until the butter melts, then bring the mixture to a boil.
While continuously stirring, gradually add the sifted flour into the boiling milk and butter mixture. Cook the dough over low heat for about 5 minutes, then remove it from the heat and allow it to cool.
Add salt to the cooled dough, then beat in the chicken eggs one by one. Thoroughly mix the mixture until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
Line a microwave-safe plate with parchment paper. Transfer the corn mixture to a piping bag.
Carefully pipe the dough from the pastry bag onto parchment paper, shaping it into corn sticks. Place the plate in the microwave for 5 minutes, cooking the dessert at 700-800 W.
Wait until your homemade corn sticks have completely cooled. Then, generously dust them with powdered sugar and serve, enjoying the crispy treat!
