We present to you an amazing pie for which you won't need scales to prepare! All main ingredients are measured in cups: three cups of dry components—flour, semolina, and sugar—and one cup of milk. For a juicy filling, use three large apples, peeled and grated. To add a piquant aroma, include cinnamon, vanilla sugar, or other favorite spices. This pie is assembled in three layers, alternating dry components with the aromatic apple mixture. The finishing touch is pouring hot milk over it, after which the pie goes into the oven to transform into a tender and fragrant treat.

Begin by preparing: sift the flour, thoroughly wash the apples, remove the core, and peel them. Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, semolina, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Grate the apples on a coarse grater and transfer them to a separate bowl. Add ground cinnamon and gently mix, ensuring the apples are evenly coated with the aroma.
Grease the parchment paper in a baking dish with butter. Pour one cup of the flour mixture into the dish and spread evenly. Top with one-third of the apple mixture, creating an even layer.
Repeat the layers two more times: first, spread one cup of the flour mixture, then one-third of the apple filling. You should end up with three layers of dry mix and three layers of apples.
Heat the milk until it's almost boiling, then carefully pour it over the cake. To ensure the milk is evenly distributed through all layers, pierce the entire surface of the cake with a knife or fork. Place the baking dish in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 50 minutes.
After baking, decorate the finished pie with thin apple slices and sprinkle with ground cinnamon for an even more fragrant and appetizing appearance.
