Wash vegetables. Cut avocado in half. Remove the core and cut into small cubes (if large, then use half). Coarsely chop the cucumber. Wash the lime.
Chop the celery stalks, tomato, Romano lettuce tear with your hands. Chop the parsley. Put everything in a salad bowl.
Add sesame seeds, squeeze out the juice from half a lime. Fill with olive oil. Mix everything and serve immediately.
