This miso soup is rich with savory flavors. Add more dashi to the soup if you prefer a stronger broth. You can use yellow, white, or red miso paste for this soup — yellow is sweet and creamy, red miso is stronger and saltier.

Water - 4 cup
Dashi granules - 2 tsp
Miso - 3 tbsp
Tofu silk cheese - 1 pkg
Leek - 2 pc

Combine water and dashi granules in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat; Boil. Reduce heat to medium and whisk in miso paste. Stir tofu. Separate the layers of green onions and add them to the soup. Simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes before serving.
