Whether it's because strawberries contain special substances that help produce endorphins, or because the harmonious combination of the main lemonade ingredients alone brings a sense of happiness and tranquility. Discussing it is thankless: it's better to just take and make this drink according to our recipe. Furthermore, the process of creating strawberry lemonade itself offers the enjoyment of the heady aromas of its main ingredients.

Prepare strawberries for lemonade. Sort the berries and rinse carefully with running water. Drain on paper towels and let dry. Peel the strawberries and cut into thin slices.
Pour drinking water into the pan. Add sugar and, stirring with a spatula, bring to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat and allow syrup to cool to 80°C.
Add the previously prepared strawberries to the hot syrup. Cover with a clean towel and leave at room temperature for 1 hour. Then put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Wash the lemons and dry with paper towels. Cut two in half and squeeze the juice out of them. Peel the third lemon, cut into circles and cut out segments from the pulp, removing the films.
Add lemon juice and lemon pulp to the cooled drink. Stir carefully. Place ice cubes in glasses. Pour over lemonade and serve.
