Fry the almonds in a dry, heated frying pan, stirring constantly, for 6 minutes. Then grind into flour. In a bowl, mix almond flour with powdered sugar.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a fork, add to the almond mixture, mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment. With wet hands, form small balls of dough and place them on parchment at a distance of 4 cm from each other. Place in an oven preheated to 160°C for 15–17 minutes.
