When you want something for tea, you can quickly prepare a lavash roll with curd filling and seasonal berries. And not only with seasonal berries and fruits. This roll can be prepared “in a hurry” with any additives. If you don't like sweets, make any savory filling you like. It's fast and very tasty.

Serves:
Lavash - 1 pc
Cottage cheese - 150 g
Sour cream - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Egg - 1 pc
Raspberries - 100 g

Grind cottage cheese with sugar and sour cream. Add the white and half the yolk. Mix.

Trim all the edges of the lavash to an even rectangle. Spread the filling up to the middle of the pita bread, leaving the sides free of filling. Place berries on top of the curd filling and roll up.

Place the roll in the mold. Coat with the remaining half of the yolk, you can sprinkle on top with any seeds you like. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

The finished roll can be served either warm or cold.
