Chicken egg - 3 pc
Cream 33% (classic) - 50 g
Salt - 3 g
Mozzarella cheese - 50 g
Refined vegetable oil - 15 g
smoked salmon - 30 g
Fresh champignons - 30 g
cherry tomato - 10 g
Arugula - 10 g

Mix eggs, cream, grated mozzarella cheese and salt in a bowl. Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan. Then add mushrooms and smoked salmon. Fry until golden.

Add the omelet mixture to the mushrooms and salmon. Bring to readiness.

Place the omelette on a plate. Decorate with halved cherry tomatoes and arugula salad.
