This dessert is simply a miracle! Bright jelly cubes of different colors, covered with a gentle milky mixture, create a beautiful and appetizing layer by layer. It's very easy to prepare, and the taste is light, refreshing, and incredibly comforting. Perfect for holidays and just to treat yourself and your loved ones!

Milk - 250 ml
Food gelatin - 10 g

You can use both store-bought jelly and make it yourself from juice. In the first case, mix it according to the recipe. In the case of juice, take 3-4 juices of different colors and flavors and food gelatin. We need 100-150 ml of each juice. Take gelatin at the rate of 10 grams per 0.5 liters of liquid. Pour water over it in a ratio of approximately 1 to 1 and let it swell for 10-15 minutes. Then, melt it in the microwave and mix it with the juice. Let it set.

After our colored jellies are ready, they need to be cut into cubes and placed in a container in a random order.

In a separate bowl, combine 250 ml of milk and 250 grams of sour cream, beat with 100 grams of sugar (or sugar substitutes). Dissolve 10 grams of gelatin in a small amount of water, leave to swell. After swelling, melt in the microwave and pour into the milk mixture. Gelatin should be evenly distributed.

Pour the milk with gelatin into the container with the colored jellies and place it in the refrigerator until the white layer is fully set.
