Mix the ingredients for the butter mass until smooth. Form a neat ball, wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest a little.
In a deep bowl, combine the dry ingredients for the dough. Add the oil and warm water, kneading thoroughly for 3 minutes. Cover the dough with a clean towel and let it rest for another 3 minutes. Then, knead the dough again for 3 minutes, form a smooth ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough and butter mixture into 3 equal parts. Shape the bread as shown in the video. Over low heat, with a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the bread on both sides until golden brown. Flip it every 1-2 minutes and don't forget to cover the pan with a lid during cooking.
