And now - a watermelon dance! Cut the flesh into small, playful slices, freeing them from treacherous seeds. Wash the lemon like a sunbeam with special attention and divide it into quarters, adding a touch of sourness and aroma to the drink.
In a spacious saucepan, as if on a stage, watermelon, sugar, and lemon meet. Pour in 500 ml of water and, over medium heat, bring to a boil. Let this magical elixir simmer for only 5 minutes, so that the flavors unite in harmony.
It's time to set up a watermelon settlement! Arrange the fragrant slices in sterilized jars, as if settling happy residents. The lemon, having fulfilled its role, retires, and its place is taken by syrup, which is immediately sealed under the lids, as if under a kiss.
