Prepare meatballs with soul. Pat the pork and turkey dry, cut into small pieces. Dice the onion. Mince the meat with garlic and half of the onion. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, and mix. Form round meatballs and put them in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Prepare the vegetables with love. Dice the carrots, potatoes, and zucchini. Divide the broccoli into florets. Slice the sun-dried tomatoes.

Start cooking the soup with warmth. Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Simmer the remaining onion until translucent. Add carrots and potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Pour in hot water, add salt and bring to a boil.

Add meatballs and vegetables to the soup to create a harmony of taste. Add the meatballs to the boiling soup and bring to a boil again. Reduce heat and cook covered for 15 minutes. Add broccoli, zucchini, and peas and continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes. Add pesto sauce, stir, and remove from heat.
