How to make oatmeal cookies without sugar and without flour? First, prepare the products according to the list. You can take your favorite dried fruits, you can also add honey or a sweetener for extra sweetness. Bananas can be used instead of dried fruits.

Prunes, dried apricots and raisins, wash well, fill with hot water and leave for a while, then drain and dry.

Pour oatmeal with water for 10 minutes to swell.
