Remove the tart pan from the refrigerator and carefully transfer the crust to a serving plate. Pour the chocolate-cream mixture into the tart shell. Garnish with fresh strawberries and, if desired, other decorative elements such as colorful sugar glaze. Refrigerate the tart for a couple of hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the filling to set completely and the dessert to achieve the perfect consistency.


For dough:

Take two types of cookies and process them in a food processor until they form fine crumbs. This will be the base of your tart.

Add the melted and cooled butter to the crushed cookies. This will bind the crumbs and make the base more solid.

Thoroughly mix all ingredients until a uniform consistency is achieved. The better you mix, the stronger the base will be.

Firmly press the mixture into a 20 cm tart pan. A pan with a removable bottom is more convenient, but a silicone one will also work. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for one hour to set.

While the base cools, prepare the filling. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Heat the heavy cream until hot (but do not boil!) and pour it over the chocolate. Stir thoroughly until the chocolate is completely dissolved and you have a smooth, glossy mixture.
