Thoroughly wash the vegetables and pat them dry with paper towels. Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage. Peel the carrots and the onions. Core the bell peppers and remove the membranes. Prepare the slow cooker for use.
Dice the onion into small, irregular pieces.
Dice the bell pepper into small pieces. Mince the carrot in the same manner.
Mince the garlic using a special press or grate it finely.
Pour the vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and add the prepared vegetables.
Turn on "Bake" mode. Cook the vegetables for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally for even browning.
Shred the cabbage into thin strips. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Tip: If desired, peel the tomatoes after blanching them in boiling water.
Add the shredded cabbage and diced tomatoes to the multicooker bowl, then mix thoroughly. Sauté the vegetables for another 5 minutes.
Add the tomato paste, salt, and pepper to the cooked vegetables, then mix thoroughly.
Switch to "Stew" mode and leave the dish for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked. Enjoy the fragrant and tender stewed cabbage!
