Begin by soaking the gelatin in 0.25 cups of water. Then, place the frozen porcini mushrooms into 1 liter of hot water, bring to a boil, and cook for 10 minutes.
Carefully remove the mushrooms from the broth and slice them thinly. Squeeze out the gelatin and add it to the hot mushroom broth, stirring thoroughly until completely dissolved. Peel and mince the garlic. Wash and dry the parsley, separating it into individual leaves. Arrange the sliced mushrooms, minced garlic, and parsley leaves in individual molds, then pour the mushroom broth with gelatin over them. Place the molds in the refrigerator until fully set. For the sauce, whisk the egg yolk with mustard and vegetable oil. Add salt, sugar, and vinegar to taste. Serve the finished aspic with this flavorful sauce.
