Prepare all ingredients: thoroughly wash the avocado, cut it in half, and carefully remove the pit. Peel and rinse the garlic. Rinse and dry the lemon. Prepare the necessary utensils: a bowl, a sieve, a grater, and a garlic press.
Squeeze the juice from a quarter of a lemon. Strain it through a sieve to remove seeds and pulp.
Carefully scoop the avocado flesh from its skin with a spoon, transfer it to a bowl, and mash it with a fork until pureed. Immediately drizzle lemon juice over the puree and mix thoroughly to prevent the avocado from browning.
Mince the garlic using a specialized press and add it to the avocado puree.
Grate the cheese finely and add it to the bowl with the avocado and garlic.
Season the avocado, cheese, and garlic mixture with salt and pepper, then mix thoroughly.
Pour the olive oil into the bowl and thoroughly mix all ingredients again until smooth.
Spread the flavorful garlic avocado paste on toasted slices of bread and garnish with fresh cherry tomato halves for a vibrant touch.
