Forget about buying frozen vegetables at the store! This recipe will show you how easy it is to prepare cauliflower at home, preserving all its beneficial properties. This is especially relevant in summer when fresh vegetables are readily available and inexpensive. Freeze them so you can take them out of the freezer and cook your favorite dish anytime.

Thoroughly wash the cauliflower and separate it into neat florets. Also, wash the chicken egg, and rinse and dry the fresh herbs.
Place the cauliflower florets in a bowl. In a separate container, mix water with salt and bring to a boil. Pour the boiling water over the cauliflower and let it sit for 20 minutes to soften slightly.
Carefully drain the water from the cabbage and thoroughly dry the florets. Arrange them in a single layer on a small baking sheet or tray and place them in the freezer for 3-4 hours for flash freezing.
Transfer the frozen florets into an airtight container or bag for long-term freezer storage.
When it's time to cook, simply take out the frozen cauliflower and put it directly into a pan or pot without thawing. For instance, you can whip up a quick and delicious omelet in just 5 minutes!
