Thoroughly wash the tomatoes and basil. Peel the garlic cloves. Prepare a frying pan for subsequent cooking.
Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water to easily remove their skins. Cut the peeled tomatoes into thin strips. Finely chop the basil and garlic.
