Start by sautéing the fragrant mushrooms in half the butter until golden brown. Then, finely chop the onion and add it to the mushrooms, continuing to sauté until soft and translucent.
Prepare a baking dish by thoroughly greasing it with oil and sprinkling it with breadcrumbs to create a crispy crust. Cut the fish fillet into portioned pieces and carefully arrange them in the dish. To the boiled and slightly cooled buckwheat, add finely chopped boiled eggs and mix thoroughly. Spread this appetizing buckwheat porridge with eggs over the fish in the dish.
Evenly distribute the fried onions and mushrooms on top, creating an aromatic layer. Then, cover everything with tender sour cream, which will add juiciness and a creamy texture to the dish.
Finish the preparation by generously sprinkling the dish with grated cheese. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake until a delicious golden crust forms. Enjoy your meal!
