Begin by thawing the puff pastry. Prepare a rolling pin and line your work surface with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Lightly flour a surface and place the dough on it. Carefully roll it out into a thin sheet, 2–3 mm thick.
Cut the dough into long strips, about 1.5 cm wide. From each strip, cut off a piece approximately 4 cm long. Spread raspberry jam on the remaining long strips, leaving about 0.5 tsp of jam for the next step, and carefully roll them into tight spirals, which will form the "shells" of the snails.
Arrange the short strips of dough on a baking sheet, shaping one end to resemble a snail's head. Place a drop of the remaining jam in the center of each short strip. Top with the dough rolls, pressing firmly to create cute snail shapes. Bake in a preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Allow the finished snails to cool.
Cut the strawberry marmalade into thin strips 1.5–2 cm long. Use them to create amusing antennae, attaching them to the snails' "heads."
Serve these delightful puff pastry snails with freshly brewed green tea to savor their delicate flavor and lift your spirits.
