Begin by melting the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler until smooth. Afterward, stir thoroughly and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
Carefully pour the egg mixture into the cooled chocolate mass and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are fully combined.
Add the flour to the chocolate-egg mixture and gently stir again until no lumps remain.
Separate a portion of the prepared dough, transfer it into ice cube trays, and place it in the freezer for 1 hour. Cover the remaining dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Grease baking molds with butter and dust with cocoa powder. Pour a portion of the chilled dough into the molds, placing a piece of frozen chocolate ganache in the center of each. Cover with the remaining dough.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake the fondant for 8-12 minutes – the center should remain molten. After baking, let the dessert rest for 1-2 minutes. Serve generously dusted with powdered sugar. Optionally, you can accompany it with berry sauce and a scoop of ice cream.
