Thoroughly rinse the rice, mushrooms, bell peppers, and fresh herbs. While the rice is cooking, prepare the remaining ingredients.
Carefully separate the stems from the mushroom caps. If the caps are small, gently create a hollow with a utensil to increase the space for the filling.
Dice the mushroom stems, bell pepper, and bacon into small pieces. Finely chop the herbs and grate the cheese.
Heat a frying pan and fry the bacon for 30 seconds until crispy. Then add the sliced mushrooms and bell pepper, continuing to fry for another two minutes, stirring constantly.
Combine the fried mixture with the cooked rice, add the chopped herbs, and mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Carefully fill the mushroom caps with the prepared stuffing, creating appetizing mounds.
Sprinkle the stuffed mushrooms with grated cheese, pressing it lightly onto the filling. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Consider your oven's specific characteristics to achieve the best results.
Your rice-stuffed mushrooms are ready! Serve them hot and savor every bite. Enjoy your meal!
