Begin your culinary adventure by meticulously preparing the giblets: rinse the hearts, liver, and gizzards, then carefully pat them dry. Cut them into arbitrary pieces, and peel and dice the onion. This is the first step towards creating a fragrant and succulent dish!
Heat a frying pan, add oil, and place the prepared offal. Sauté them over high heat, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes until they turn golden brown. Then, add the chopped onion and continue to simmer over low heat, uncovered, for another 20-30 minutes. Finally, add coriander, pepper, khmeli suneli, half of the cilantro, and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly and leave on the heat for another 5 minutes to allow all the flavors to meld into a harmonious symphony of taste.
