Carefully sort through the sea buckthorn, removing any damaged berries, then wash them thoroughly. Prepare a blender, kitchen scale, and sieve. Don't forget to sterilize the jar with a lid, in which your wonderful juice will be stored.
Place the sea buckthorn in a blender and process until a smooth puree is formed. Let the berries release their aroma!
Pass the resulting puree through a sieve into a deep bowl. Carefully rub the crushed berries with a spoon to extract maximum juice, leaving the seeds and skins on the mesh.
Weigh the juice you've obtained. This will help you accurately determine the necessary amount of sugar to ensure the juice is perfectly balanced.
Add sugar to the sea buckthorn juice in a 1:2 ratio. Stir thoroughly until all sugar crystals are completely dissolved, creating a sweet harmony.
Pour the prepared sea buckthorn juice into a pre-sterilized jar. Store it in the refrigerator so it's always readily available for a refreshing treat.
