Start by preparing: soak the chia seeds in water for 2 hours to allow them to swell. Thoroughly wash and dry the banana, kiwi, cucumber, and spinach. Peel the fruits. Pour boiling water over the dates for 10 minutes, then drain the water and remove the pits. Prepare the blender for the next steps.
Slice the banana and cucumber into neat, small rounds. Cut the kiwi into small pieces so they blend easily in the blender.
