Gather all the necessary ingredients and measure them precisely. Sift the flour through a sieve to make it airy. Wash the egg thoroughly and dry it with a paper towel. Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so that it softens to room temperature. Prepare a mixer, parchment paper, plastic wrap, and a baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Roll out both dough portions into thin sheets. Use a glass to cut out circles – these will be the cute faces of your "bears." From the remaining dough scraps, form ears, eyes, a nose, and a mouth. Get creative by alternating colors: place dark details on light dough and vice versa, creating amusing faces.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and carefully arrange the cookies on it. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Sprinkle the finished "Bear" cookies with powdered sugar, arrange them on a beautiful plate, and serve, delighting yourself and your loved ones with this charming dessert!
In a deep bowl, combine the softened butter with sugar and vanilla, then mix thoroughly. Add the egg and beat all ingredients with a mixer until smooth. Gradually incorporate 1.5 cups of flour and baking powder, kneading a soft and pliable dough.
Divide the dough into two equal portions. To each portion, add a quarter cup of flour. Knead cocoa powder into one portion to create a dark dough. Work both portions, shape them into balls, wrap them in plastic film, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill and make the dough more pliable.
