To begin, chill the cream in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Then, take out a suitable metal or glass bowl for whipping and also keep it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Prepare a mixer, a freezer-safe container, and plastic wrap.
Pour the chilled cream into a bowl. Beat the cream with a mixer, gradually increasing the speed, until it thickens and forms stiff peaks. The mixture should become dense and airy.
Add the condensed milk to the bowl with the whipped cream. Whisk everything together again until a thick and uniform mixture forms. Transfer the resulting mixture into a container, tightly cover it with plastic wrap, and place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours to fully set.
Serve the finished ice cream in an elegant dessert dish or on a plate, garnishing it with tempting chocolate shavings and fragrant crushed nuts.
