Ukrainian baked stuffed mushroom caps - a balanced recipe featuring the following ingredients: large button mushrooms, yellow onion, garlic, fresh parsley, vegetable oil, and salt (30 minutes, 306 kcal).

Carefully separate the mushroom stems from the caps. Clean the caps and set them aside, then finely chop the stems.
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the onion until golden brown (3-5 minutes). Add the chopped mushroom stems and garlic, then cook for another 5-7 minutes until the liquid has evaporated.
Finely chop the parsley. Remove the pan from the heat, add the parsley to the mushroom filling, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
Fill the mushroom caps with the prepared stuffing. Place the stuffed caps onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15-20 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is lightly browned.
