Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease 24 muffin tins or line with paper muffin tins.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Gradually add sugar while whisking. Continue whisking while slowly pouring in the oil. Add vanilla.
Mix flour, salt and baking soda in a separate bowl.
Mix the dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream into the egg mixture. Gently fold in the blueberries. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tins.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
