Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender but firm to the touch, about 12 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and Thai basil; mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Drain pasta and top with cherry tomato mixture.
