Eggs - 4 pc
Milk boiled sausage - 400 g
Cucumber - 2 pc
Radish - 6 pc
Green onion - 1 bunch
Dill fresh - 1 bunch
Yogurt natural 3.2% - 400 g
Water - 2 l

Wash the potatoes, put them in a saucepan and fill with cold water. Boil until soft. You can also bake potatoes in the oven or slow cooker to preserve maximum vitamins. When the potatoes are ready, remove the skins and chop finely. Boil the eggs hard, peel and also cut into cubes.

In a bowl, cut sausages, cucumbers and peeled radishes into cubes. Chop the dill and green onions on a cutting board into another deep bowl or pan with other ingredients.
3
Mix the cottage cheese. Heat cold boiled water in a bowl. Add cottage cheese, a pinch of salt and two or three tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.
4
Then pour the yogurt mixture over the chopped vegetables, sausages and herbs, mix everything well. If necessary, you can add a pinch of salt and a little lemon juice. Set aside for an hour. Before serving, mix the okroshka well and pour into plates. The soup is best enjoyed with sourdough rye bread.
