When baking pork with potatoes in a cooking sleeve, you get an excellent stew: juicy pieces of meat and potatoes soaked in meat juices. For the best taste, it is recommended to fry the onions separately in a pan beforehand.

Serves:
Pork - 500 g
Potato - 500 g
Onion - 2 pc
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Parsley - to taste
1
Start by cutting the pork into 1-1/2 inch pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Peel the onion and cut into half rings of medium thickness.
2
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the onion, add a little salt and fry, stirring, for about 10 minutes.
3
While the onions are cooking, peel the potatoes and cut them into slices about 1/2 inch thick. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper.
4
Preheat the oven to 170 °C in the “top-bottom” mode without convection. Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Prepare the baking sleeve by cutting off approximately 50 cm of film.
5
Secure one end of the sleeve with a clip and place it on the baking sheet with the side with the tiny holes facing up. If there are no holes, make them yourself using a needle or toothpick. Place a layer of potatoes in the sleeve, then a layer of pork, and spread the fried onions on top. Secure the second edge with a clip.
6
Place the baking sheet in the center of the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Open the sleeve carefully to avoid burns from hot steam. If desired, sprinkle the finished dish with fresh parsley.
