You can serve an apricot cocktail to children as an afternoon snack instead of plain milk or kefir. Just wait and see: they will be delighted with such a fruity drink! The cocktail, designed for two portions, is prepared very quickly and easily, so anyone can recreate our recipe—of course, provided you have good apricots. What do we mean by that? Very ripe, sweet, and soft (but not bruised) fruits. You can easily grate such apricots into a puree, which will become a wonderful base for the cocktail. The only things left to add are yogurt, milk, lemon, and apricot juices, and then blend it all together. It will be delicious!

Prepare all the ingredients for the cocktail. Wash the apricots, cut them into halves and remove the pits. Grate the pulp on a medium grater, holding the fruit by the convex side. Puree with a blender until pureed.
Add cold drinking natural yoghurt, lemon juice, milk and apricot juice. Add sugar and mix with a blender until the cocktail has a homogeneous consistency.
Pour the apricot cocktail into large glasses. You can add crushed ice and garnish with mint leaves. Serve the cocktail with wide straws.
