White fish fillet (haddock, pollock, cod) - 400 g
Boiled frozen mussels - 400 g
Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Red Crimean onion - 1 pcs.
Garlic - 4 clove
Basil or parsley - 2 bunch
Extra virgin olive oil - to taste
Butter for greasing finished flatbreads - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste

Thaw the mussels in advance. Cut the fish into medium pieces, salt and pepper.
Peel the onion and garlic and chop thinly. Scald the tomato, remove the skin, cut the pulp into large cubes.
Place the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water and cook according to package instructions.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter mixture and sauté the onion and garlic over high heat, 1 minute. Add fish and fry for 2 minutes. Add mussels, cook 1 minute.
Drain the finished pasta in a colander and add to the pan along with the tomatoes and basil leaves. Pepper, mix and place on plates.
