Noodles with chicken and vegetables in a pan is a dish that combines ease of preparation with a rich, homemade taste. Tender pieces of chicken, juicy vegetables, and aromatic spices create a harmonious composition, complemented by appetizing vermicelli. Thanks to light frying, the ingredients retain their freshness and natural sweetness, and the entire dish acquires an appetizing aroma and deep flavor. The peculiarity of this recipe is that the main course and side dish are cooked simultaneously in one pan, which significantly saves time and effort. The vermicelli soaks up the juices and aroma of the chicken and vegetables, so it doesn't require separate boiling or additional sauces. This is an excellent option for a delicious and balanced dinner when you want to cook something quick, simple, and truly homemade. In addition to onions and carrots, you can add chopped bell pepper, green beans, or frozen green peas to the chicken.

Vermicelli thin - 200 g
Chicken drumsticks - 4 pcs.
Onion - 2 pcs.
Carrot - 1 pcs.
Tomato sauce - 50 g
Sour cream 25-30% fat - 50 g
Olive oil for frying - 50 ml
Water - 400 ml
Salt - 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper - ⅕ tsp.
Chicken Spices - 1 tsp.
Greens (dill and parsley) - ⅕ bunch

Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Rub the chicken pieces with a mixture of salt and ground spices. Let the chicken drumsticks marinate for 20-30 minutes at room temperature.

Meanwhile, toast the vermicelli in a dry pan until golden brown. Remember to stir the vermicelli constantly, as it changes color quickly.

Place the chicken drumsticks in a pan with heated olive oil. Fry the meat over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.

Peel the onion, then dice it into small pieces. Add the chopped vegetables to the chicken drumsticks.

Wash and peel the carrots, then grate them using a large grater. Add the grated carrots to the pan with the chicken and onion.

Stir and sauté the ingredients together until the vegetables are tender. Then, add the heavy cream and tomato sauce.

Evenly distribute the fried vermicelli on top. Season with salt to taste, and if desired, sprinkle with black ground pepper.

Pour in the hot water. The liquid should completely cover the chicken pieces and vermicelli.

Carefully mix the ingredients. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the vermicelli with chicken and vegetables over low heat for 15 minutes. After the specified time, the chicken drumsticks and vermicelli will be fully cooked, and the liquid will evaporate. Garnish the finished dish with chopped dill and parsley.

Serve the chicken and vegetable vermicelli immediately after cooking, while the dish is still warm.
