Sift wheat flour into a deep container, add water, beat in chicken eggs, add a pinch of salt and knead the dough. Place the finished dough into a plastic bag and pierce the corner of the bag with a thick needle.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Apply the dough in a thin stream onto the surface of the pan with quick movements.
After 15 seconds, use a flat metal spatula to carefully remove the strands of dough from the pan and transfer them to a plate.
Repeat this procedure with the remaining dough. You can immediately prepare dishes from the finished dough or you can store it for some time. It is better to store the dough on a flat surface, covered with film or a towel.
