First of all, make cross cuts on the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them and leave for 3 minutes.
Then remove the skin and cut the pulp into small pieces.
Then remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut the pulp into thin strips.
Cut the onion into small cubes.
Crush the garlic with a knife and chop finely.
Then pour olive oil into the pan and fry the onion.
Add tomatoes, bell peppers and garlic to the fried onions.
Season it all with salt, sugar, smoked paprika and cumin, add tomato paste and simmer for 10 minutes.
